What is eBucket Drive?

eBucket Drive is an online file storage web service that lets you store, share, access and organize files online. Store and backup as many files as you want with eBucket Drive unlimited on-demand storage. Access your files anytime, anywhere you are with a PC and Internet connection. Share your files with friends, family, vendors, partners, etc. Organize your files and folders - rename, move, delete, upload, download, share, copy, etc. - using a simple and intuitive eBucket Drive web interface with drag&drop functionality.

How do I signup?

To get started please locate and click "Signup Now!" link. You will be taken to Amazon Payments website. You will need an Amazon.com account to complete the signup. You can use your existing Amazon account or you can create a new one. It's free and it only takes a minute. Once logged in you will be presented with eBucket Drive product information and pricing. Please review it and click "Place Your Order" to process the purchase. Once processed, you will be taken back to eBucket to select your eBucket Drive username and password and activate your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We've teamed up with Amazon Payments to bring you a secure and safe shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and Amazon Visa Card. Please sign in to Amazon Application Billing to learn more about available payment methods in your country.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information please sign in to Amazon Application Billing and click on "Payment Method" tab. Enter your new or edit existing payment method and click "Continue" to confirm.

How do I access my billing statements?

To view your current or previous billing statements please sign in to Amazon Application Billing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please sign it to Amazon Application Billing. Locate the product you want to cancel (i.e. eBucket Drive) and click "View/Cancel Application". Then click "Cancel the use of eBucket Drive" found at the bottom of the page. Your request will be processed immediately. Please note that you will be charged any outstanding balance due on a prorated basis. Please be sure to backup any data you might have left at eBucket Drive before you cancel the subscription.
